The role of a psychiatrist is not only to help those who has psychiatric or mental health problems but to improve their quality of life.  I firmly believe that prevention is better than cure.

It is very important to learn to live each day well and meaningfully. Learning to enjoy simple things in life, being thankful and having the right attitude towards the challenges of daily life. And learning to manage relationships.
